The credit
Each credit is offered by the developer of the project named on the claim. The developer decides who is eligible, how much the credit is and how often it can be claimed, and its community team approves each claim. PowerCredit, operated by VMT Partners Pty Ltd, runs this website and pays approved credits on the developer's behalf once the developer has funded them.
Your claim
You must pay the electricity bill for the home you claim for, and the information you give must be true. One claim per home per period for each project. Claims that are false or duplicated will be rejected, and credits paid on them may be recovered.
Payment
Credits are paid by BPAY to the electricity account on your bill. BPAY is a registered trademark of BPAY Pty Ltd. If your retailer returns a payment, we'll ask for a current bill and pay it again.
Changes
A developer can change or end a program. Claims made before a change are assessed under the rules that applied when you claimed.
